SelSklad is a web-only service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

2. Plans and billing

At the moment, only a free plan is available.

4. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Data accuracy in your account
• Keeping credentials secure
• Actions performed under your account

SelSklad is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect input or misuse of the service.

• Errors in user-entered data
• Inventory discrepancies from incorrect operations
• Business losses caused by misuse

3. Payments

There is no paid billing in the current version.

No Google Play, Stripe, RevenueCat, or other payment providers are used.

5. Intellectual property

All software, design, and content of SelSklad are protected and belong to the service owner.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Disrupt service stability or security

7. Limitation of liability

SelSklad is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or data loss arising from service use.

8. Termination

We may suspend access for Terms violations or legal requirements.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance of the updated version.
